Apnea

The word apnea very often brings to mind images of the deep blue, but don't worry, to be a freediver there is no need to be close to the depths.

Apnea is the emblematic discipline to stop our mind which is very often overloaded and over-solicited.

With apnea you will learn to relax, refocus on the present moment and be more aware of the sensations that can pass through you. It is also often said that with apnea we relearn how to breathe. This may seem contradictory, especially when we are talking about a discipline where we do not breathe, but the whole part that allows us to prepare for an apnea we learn to control our breathing as well as mobilize our different lung volumes.

I am keen to introduce you to this sublime discipline which crossed my life in 2014 and which has never left me.

I like to show you your incredible abilities, because deep inside each of us lies our past as a marine mammal.
