With Coralie Yoga we have brought together our 2 passions around this unique event! 2 days to yoga, 2 days to breathe and explore different yoga and apnea practices. Yoga and pranayamas will prepare us for the retention phases, and you will see how incredible the synergy of the 2 disciplines is. You will be supervised by a team of experts to challenge you in complete safety. And more than a purely physical challenge, going to meet your breath is also going to meet yourself.
