Watsu®
A Unique and Innovative Technique Using Water as a Massage Medium
The warmth of the water and the freedom of movement make this massage one of the most relaxing among all existing techniques.
When floating in water, the body feels nearly weightless, with its weight reduced by 80%, allowing for greater ease and fluidity. This eliminates spinal compression, enabling movements and manipulations that are impossible on land. This technique is rooted in deep listening and gentleness and is practiced in warm water, around 33°C.
Watsu® combines massage, gentle rocking, muscle stretching, pressure on meridians, and breathwork.
Its goal is to restore energetic balance while promoting deep relaxation and overall well-being.
